The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Joel Parker can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Jennifer Parker
Condolence: I’m so grateful to see these messages, and thank you from the bottom of my heart for your thoughts. A time has passed and no one may see this, but a celebration for dad will be held next Sunday, October 14th 2018, in northeast harbor Maine.

Condolence: I am so sorry to find this out almost a year after his passing. We were blessed to have him visit during our annual Parker family labor day cookout. James and Jennifer I send my sincere condolences. It's been a long time since we have seen you at the cookout. Cousins Cheryl, Danny, Frankie, Travis and Jeffrey, we wish you fond memories of your brother Joel. We will be remembering him this weekend at our family gathering.

Condolence: I am Joel's cousin. We lost touch over the years. I was hoping to connect with him again, and, sadly, saw his obituary instead of an address. Our family is disconnected, to say the least, but I always hoped I would see Joel again...very sad...

Condolence From: Carmen Greene
Condolence: My days were brightened and yet with some sadness when I'd see Joel in the hospital. We talked of life, music, spirituality, laughter and the conversation never failed by ending with a hug of appreciation.
Joel's beautiful smile will be missed by this person.
