BREWER AND BANGOR Dale Lowe, 68, died October 25, 2018 at Eastern Maine Medical Center. He was born on July 27, 1950 in Bridgewater, the son of Chester A. and Ruth (Fraser) Lowe.
Dale attended University of Maine Orono and was appointed to the University of Maine EAP Advisory Council, a member of the CNA advisory board, and co-advisor to Orono Student Nurses' Association.
He married Mary Stuckey on Sept 1st, 1979. Dale worked as a professor in the School of Nursing at the University of Maine, and as a Family Nurse Practitioner at Hometown Health Center.
He loved his family and friends, and his camp on Pushaw Lake. Dale will be remembered as a person who was always willing to help, and he will be sorely missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Chester and Ruth Lowe; and his brother, Danny Lowe.
Dale is survived by his daughters, Brooke, and her husband, John, Brittany and her husband, Ryan; his son, Brandon and his wife, Chelsea; five granddaughters, Mariah, Whitney, Sophie, Alexa, and Aubrey; and his two grandsons, Braden and Elisha; his sister-in-law, Connie; cousins, Pat, Carol and Gloria; and members of his Bradstreet and Fraser family.
Relatives and friends are invited to share conversation and refreshments 5 - 7p.m. Monday, October 29, 2018, at the Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor. Interment will be private for family. Those wishing to remember Dale in a special way may make gifts in his memory in support of his 7 grandchildren's future college fund.
