Hampden – Norma L. (Bridges) Butera, 85, died at her home on October 24, 2018. She was born August 18, 1933, in Freedom, the daughter of Norman L. and Bertha G. (Jones) Bridges. Norma graduated from Freedom Academy, the Farmington State Normal School, and the Farmington State Teachers College. In 1965, she married the love of her life, Benjamin J. Butera. Norma was a caring and devoted public school teacher. In keeping with Norma’s wishes, services will be private. Condolences may be expressed at BrookingsSmith.com
