William Hopkins

Holden - William Bennem Hopkins, 94, died at home on January 21, 2026. He was born in Riverhead, Long Island, NY, on May 1, 1931, the son of John and Ione (Raynor) Hopkins.

William was a 1st Class Electrician's Mate in the United States Navy. Following his service, William graduated from the University of Maine in 1959 with a degree in Engineering.

In 1965, William married Gloria Ann (Salisbury) Hopkins, and they spent 55 years together before her passing in 2020. 

Services will be private for the family.
