Bangor – William Kenneth Harper,86, died peacefully, April 14, 2018 at the Maine Veterans Home, Bangor. He was born May 18, 1932, in Bangor, the son of William C. and Viola (Hall) Harper.
William graduated from Bangor High School and attended the University of Maine, Orono. He married the love of his life, Constance Cunningham in 1960, and they spent the next 58 years together. William was employed at the Bangor Hydro Electric Company for many years. He was a member of the St. Andrews Lodge # 83 A.F. & A.M. of Bangor.
