Virginia (LeCaron) Daries, 82, passed away July 14, 2026 in her home with her family by her side. She was born in Rockville Center, N.Y. , February 18, 1944 the daughter of Charles and Edna LeCaron.

"Ginny" met her husband, Raymond, the love of her life, when she was 14 years old and he was 15. They married in 1963, and lived in Stonybrook, NY from 1964 to 1975, then moved to Maine.

She enjoyed her family, sailing and the nature around her home where hummingbirds and deer were enjoyed daily.

Virginia was predeceased by her parents, and a sister, Joan Gevinski.

Surviving are, her husband, Raymond Daries of Holden; children, Cheryl and her husband, John Toomey of NY, Thomas Daries and his wife, Jenn of Orono, Robert Daries and his wife, Lisa of PA, and Brian Daries and his wife, Gail of Brewer. She loved her 12 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

The family would like to thank the "Visiting Angels" and NL Hospice for their support.

Relatives and friends are invited to call 5 pm to 7 pm Tuesday, July21, 2026 at the Brewer Chapel of Brookings-Smith, 55 South Main St., Brewer. Private burial will be held at the Clewleyville Cemetery, Holden.
