Thomas Malcolm Dahlgren

BANGOR - Thomas Malcolm "Tommy" Dahlgren, 38, passed away at his home on August 17, 2026. He was born in Presque Isle on December 23, 1987, the son of Michael and Micheline (Cyr) Dahlgren.

Tommy grew up in Madawaska and graduated from Madawaska High School, Class of 2006. He relocated to Bangor and worked at a number of different jobs, most recently for St. Paul the Apostle Parish in Bangor.

In addition to his parents, Tommy is survived by his sister, Valerie, of Austin, Texas, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Like so many others, Tommy struggled with addiction but he fought the good fight, only to lose at the end. The past several months were some of the best times of his life. He will be greatly missed and he was greatly loved.

Funeral prayers and the Rite of Committal will be prayed at 11:00a.m., Friday, August 28, 2026 at Mount Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, 449 Ohio St., Bangor. Relatives and friends are invited to enter the Matthew entrance.
