Michellle Marie "Shelley" Eaton (Pomeroy) passed away unexpectedly on December 12, 2025 in Winterport, ME. Shelly was born in Bangor, ME on June 27, 1969 to Edward and Barbara Pomeroy.

Shelly graduated from Hampden Academy in 1988 and spent much of her life raising her pride and joy, and only child, Allen Lee Pomeroy. Shelly was a caregiver at heart and loved to care for others. She spent years working in nursing homes caring for the elderly and also worked in the hospitality industry as the manager of the Castine Inn. Although it was challenging, Shelly found her relationship with the guests to be rewarding. Shelly had a huge heart and was always looking out for others (even strangers); whether human or animal. Shelly was known to strike up a conversation with anyone she met, and was a great listener and friend.

Shelly is survived by her parents; Edward and Barbara Pomeroy; her son, Allen Lee Pomeroy; siblings Edward Pomeroy II and wife Rachel and Stephen Crain; nieces Kayla and Quinn Pomeroy; nephews Kyle and Keith Pomeroy; stepson Billy Desantis; Aunts Sheila, Betty, Mary, Diane and Uncle Donnie. She was predeceased by her Aunt Jessica and Aunt Elaine and her grandparents. She is also survived by many other special relatives and friends. She will be dearly and lovingly missed by her partner Earl Grover Sr. , who she loved very much.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date and burial in the spring. In lieu of flowers, gifts in Shelly's memory can be made to local animal shelters.
