Michael Perry passed away on September 23rd, 2026, in Bangor, ME. He was born July 14th, 1952, to Charles and Martha (Campbell) Perry of Hampden, ME. Mike graduated from Hampden Academy in 1970. He worked in his early years at his family's business, Perry's Restaurant, and later owned and operated Perry's Painting. He retired from Bond Builders on MDI. Mike married Linda (Moon) Perry, and together they raised two children, Allison and Joshua.

Mike was a wonderful person who was loved by everyone who knew him. He never had a bad word to say about anyone and was always willing to lend a helping hand. No matter the time or circumstance, Mike was someone you could count on, and he would be there in a moment's notice. Mechanically inclined, Mike had a lifelong love of classic cars. He became an uncle at a young age and formed special bonds with his many nieces and nephews, creating countless stories, laughter, and memories that will be cherished for years to come. As one nephew put it, "He was a spreader of joy."

Mike leaves behind his three children, Justin and his wife, Shannon; Allison and her husband, Corey; and Joshua and his wife, Pearl; sisters Sylvia Fecteau and Ellen Plowman; and his many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren. He shared a special bond with his granddaughter Ruby and was recently blessed with a new granddaughter, Sesame. He was predeceased by his parents, a sister, Martha Jane Nelligan, a brother, Joseph Perry, two brothers-in-law, Paul Nelligan and Phil Plowman, and his beloved dogs, Lacey and Izzy.

A graveside service will be held Friday Oct 2nd, 1pm at Mount Pleasant Catholic Cemetery, (St. John Rd., Ohio St, followed by a celebration of life.
