BANGOR – Marilyn B. Norcross passed away peacefully, February 24, 2019. She was born December 13, 1928 in Dexter, the daughter of Norman and Lillian Burrill.
Marilyn was a graduate of Gould Academy. She received her nursing degree from Peter Bent Brigham in Boston and worked at various healthcare facilities before retiring from Jackson Brook Institute as a Psychiatric Nurse.
Marilyn was a member of Midcoast Country Chapel in Wiscassett. She enjoyed reading her Bible and loved God more than anything else. Marilyn also loved to take long walks and enjoy the nature surrounding her. She loved all dogs, but specifically, her beloved dogs, Daisy and Sri.
Marilyn was predeceased by her husband of 56 years, Malcolm L. Norcross, Jr., her brother Philip Burrill of Corinna as well as her parents. She is survived by her two children, Elizabeth Miller and husband, John of Newburgh, and Angus Norcross and wife, Suzanne of Wiscassett.
