Woodstock NB, and Levant - Marie Cecilia Phelps, 76, passed away at the Riverside Court Retirement Residence, Woodstock NB. Marie is survived by one sister Ann (Clarence) Marks, of Saint John NB; 3 sister in-laws; Dolly Foster of Bairdsville, NB; Dorothy Foster of Moose Mountain NB; Rita Phelps of Utica, NY; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband William B. Phelps; her parents Timothy and Sarah (Oakes) Foster; sister Leota Perkins; two brothers Lionel (Leonald) Foster and Gary Foster; two Brother in-laws, Leo Perkins and Jack Phelps. Resting at the Scott Funeral Home, 815 Maine Street, Woodstock NB, with visitation on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 2-6pm Atlantic Time. Funeral services will be held 12noon Saturday February 8, 2014 at the Hermon Baptist Church, 2496 Route 2, Hermon with the Rev. Garnett Chute, pastor, officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to call from 11:00am until time of service. Spring internment will be in the Snow’s Corner Cemetery, Hermon.
