Louise (Gopen) Kobritz, 95, died November 25, 2018, in Monroe Township, NJ. She was born August 18, 1923, in Malden, MA, the daughter of Hyman and Ruth (Strumph) Gopen.
Louise lived in Bangor for over 50 years, from 1944 to 1995, where she raised her family and enjoyed a career as a bookkeeper and office manager at the Eastern Maine Medical Center. After retirement she moved to the Rossmoor Adult Community in Monroe.
She is survived by two sons; Jordan Kobritz of Cortland, NY and Aalan Kobritz of New York City, one daughter; Sharon Kobritz of Bangor, a brother; Joel (Miriam) Gopen, of Sharon, MA, and several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by two daughters; Rhonda Kobritz and Susan Kobritz and one son; Joel Kobritz.
