Linda S. McDonald, 72, passed away February 13, 2026 at home after a long illness.
She was born in Caribou, May 3, 1953 the daughter of William and Pauline (Ellis) Braisted.
Linda was a member of Fraternal order of Eagles, Brewer.
Surviving are her husband, John; sisters, Brenda Sawyer, Pamela Rezendez, and Jennifer; brothers, Bobby, Bryan, John, and Ronald Braisted; brother-in-law, James McDonald and his friend, Sharon Turlis; nephew, Michael McDonald.
A funeral service outside of mass will be held 12:00 Wednesday, February 18, 2026 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, where relatives and friends may call 11:00 am until time of service.
The Rite of committal will be held at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, in the spring.
