EDDINGTON - Kathryn "Kitty" Marie (Nason) Cotton, 88, passed away peacefully June 9, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, adventure, and unwavering devotion to her family.
Kitty lived life on her own terms-with remarkable zest, a quick wit, and just the right amount of sass. She never met a challenge she wouldn't tackle, or a road she wouldn't explore.
Her adventurous spirit, and fierce independence made her unforgettable to all who knew her.
Above all else, Kitty cherished her family. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend whose generosity and strength touched many lives.
She is survived by her loving family and many dear friends who will carry her memory forward with gratitude and love.
Kitty's family takes comfort in knowing that her adventurous soul, sharp sense of sarcasm and boundless love will continue to live on in the stories shared and the memories treasured by all who knew her.
Kitty is survived by her and her late husband, Wilbur's daughters, Marty White and husband, Jim, Jacinda Cotton and husband, Tony Castro and Robina Hartt and her husband, Billy; nine grandchildren, Tifany Whitney, Alpha Castro, Marita K. Castro, Dexter Cotton Castro, Dante Cotton Castro, Bill Hartt, Ben Hartt, Leonardo Bintabara, and Eduardo Bintabara; sisters-in-law, Dorothy Cotton Connelly and Judy Cotton; several nieces and nephews; the special caregivers that became family: Lacey, Jean, Amanda, Emily, Suzie, Stephanie, Mary, and of course Olive. In addition to her parents and husband, Kitty was predeceased by her brother, Frankie and sisters, Nellie, and Patricia.
