HUDSON - Judith L. Mason, 66, lost her courageous battle with cancer on May 16, 2026, at a Bangor hospital, surrounded by the love of her family. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend whose kindness and compassion touched everyone who knew her.
Judith devoted her life to caring for others, both personally and professionally, working for many years as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She was known for her caring heart, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends.
Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren, Natalie Mason and Carter Mason, who were truly the center of her world. She treasured every moment spent with them and created countless cherished memories that her family will hold close forever. Judith also deeply loved her pets, who brought her comfort and companionship throughout her life.
Judith is survived by her loving children, Phillip Mason and his wife, Christie, and Jessica Mason and her significant other, Neal Merril; her father, Phillip Parsons; her sister, Karen Marquis and her husband, Joe; her brothers, James Parsons and his wife, Tina, and Warren Parsons; as well as her dear friend, Melissa Musinski and her husband, Joe, along with many relatives and friends who will miss her deeply.
She was predeceased by her mother Emily Parsons and her brother, Ricky Parsons.
Relatives and friends are welcome to call from 5 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
