Joshua Campbell

January 31, 1975 — November 18, 2025

It is with great sadness we must announce the passing of Joshua M. Campbell and with great joy his triumphant entrance to heaven on November 18, 2025.

Josh was born in Bangor, Maine on January 31, 1975. He lived an accomplished life. He started his career as a scrub tech graduating from Southern Maine Technical College and he went on to build a successful career in medical device sales. Josh was one who saw a need and just took care of it for anyone. He was an active member of his community involved heavily in youth athletics, local fairs, snowmobile clubs, as well as served on the Select Board and the Recreation Department for the town of Corinth. Josh was competitive to say the least. He has collected many trophies for various hobbies including the National Toboggan Championships, the Kenduskeag Canoe Race, drag racing, snowmobile and four-wheeler racing and a variety of other competitions and car shows. He always said his biggest accomplishment was raising his three daughters, Emma, Alyse and Grace and supporting them in everything they did.

Josh’s love for adventure drew us all to him, whether it was snow sports, motorcycling, boating, off-roading, or building a dog kennel, he did it with a great passion not found in most. We all have at least one special adventure that we shared with him each one cherished even though it was probably a little crazy. He will truly be missed.

Josh leaves behind his special love, Jolene Weeks; his beautiful daughters, Emma and Jesse Pelletier, Alyse and Ryan McCullough, and Grace Campbell and Will Sampson; parents, Bud and Melanie Campbell; siblings, Cory and Rebecca Campbell, Beth and Justin Libby; special niece and nephews, Audrey, Brody, and Will Libby; grandfather, Pastor Donald Campbell; grandmother, Shirley Seekins; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and anyone lucky enough to call him a friend.

A Memorial Service to honor and remember him will be held at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center Street, Bangor, Maine, on Monday November 24th, at 10 a.m. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor, following the service.

In lieu of flowers the family would prefer donations to Fernald Field Dragway (Winterport Dragway), a place that Josh loved sharing with his friends and family.
