Jesse Harmon

August 20, 1981 — July 16, 2025

Eddington, Maine - Jesse G. Harmon, 43, of Lisbon, Maine, formerly of Eddington, passed away suddenly in the early morning hours on July 16, 2025, leaving behind a trail of laughter, love, and unforgettable memories.

Born the youngest of four children, Jesse was the cherished baby of the family, a gift his siblings treasured beyond words. To his sister he was like a living doll, lovingly cared for and adored from the moment he was born. He considered her to be his second mom and continued to be spoiled by her for the rest of his life. Growing up in Eddington, Jesse's childhood was filled with fun, mischief, and endless adventures with neighborhood friends and classmates. A daredevil and a bit of a hellion, Jesse had a way of keeping life interesting, especially for his parents. Jesse lived boldly and on his own terms, but always with the best of intentions.

Jesse was a lifelong fan of all things Marvel and fulfilled a dream when he met his hero, Stan Lee. A true foodie at heart, Jesse loved to cook and create dishes. Working in restaurants and nightclubs for several years in Maine and Florida, from bouncer to kitchen manager, he developed a deep passion for the food industry and culinary arts. His favorite was BBQ, and he dreamed of opening a roadside BBQ spot using the smoker he proudly bought from Texas, envisioning it on the family land in Eddington. A free spirit, Jesse wanted to be loved, appreciated, and to make people close to him proud. He tried to make his mark and leave an unforgettable impression. No matter how hard the day was, his quick wit brought laughter to the situation.

Jesse leaves behind a family who loved him deeply. He is survived by his real life hero and father, Dale Harmon of Eddington; his siblings, Shane Harmon and his wife, Alison, of Georgia, Douglas Harmon of Eddington, and his sister, Shawna Hinkley and her husband, Todd, of Brewer. He will also be missed by his nephew, Anthony Harmon of Orrington; as well as his girlfriend, Gwen Tremblay, who was an essential part of his heart and life. He will be missed by her two children, Rhea and Logan. He was predeceased by his beloved mother, Ramona Harmon; and his faithful dog, Chewy.

Taken far too soon, Jesse will be missed beyond measure by all who had the joy of knowing him.
