Jason Caldwell, 41, passed away unexpectedly, May 28, 2017 in Orrington at his family camp , that he loved. He was born in Port Jefferson, N.Y., January 18,1976 , the son of Michael and Linda Caldwell.

Surviving in addition to his parents of Yaphank, N.Y., ; are his wife, Jennifer Caldwell; a daughter, Alexis, two sons, Jordan and Justin Caldwell ; his former wife, Renee Caldwell; a brother, Michael Caldwell; two nephews, Wyatt and Luke; a niece, Sara.
A service to celebrate and honor his life will be held at a later date.
