James Eric Lamb

PHILADELPHIA - James Eric Lamb, 26, died on February 25th, 2026, at a family home in Hampden. He was born September 29,1999 in San Antonio, Texas, the son of James William and June Elizabeth (Waldrop) Lamb.

James graduated from Rocklin High School class of 2017 and Gettysburg College class of 2021. Following graduation he dedicated his life to early childhood music education at the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia. He was a dedicated musician and an active member of Rittenhouse Sound, True North Chorus, Mendelssohn Chorus, The Liberty Beaus, and sang at St. Tim's Church.

Surviving in addition to his domestic partner, Haley Storm Evans, are his sister Courtney Lamb-Nawabi and her wife Ferozah Lamb-Nawabi, of Los Angeles, his parents, James and June Lamb, of Rocklin, his grandmother Janice Von Brook, of Hampden, his grandfather Dave Lamb and partner Francine Goodson, of Santa Rosa, his aunt Carol Lamb, of Hampden, his uncle Neil Waldrop and wife Laurie Heckert, of Houston, his uncle Bryce and wife Deanna Waldrop, of York, and several loving cousins. He is predeceased by a grandfather, George, grandfather, Victor, and grandmother Joan.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday March 8, 2026 at 11am at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St. Bangor. A lunch will follow at the family farm; address will be provided at the service. Those who wish to honor James in a special way may make a donation to the James Lamb Memorial Scholarship Fund through Rittenhouse Sound.
