Faith Trafton

Lagrange – Faith Elaine “Fay” Trafton, 76, died at home surrounded by her family after courageously battling a long illness. She was born July 28, 1945, the daughter of Russell and Lillian (Tracy) Bickford.
Fay loved four-wheeling, camping, and taking rides in the “back 40” in her golf cart with her dog, Cuddles. She enjoyed taking trips to the coast, road trips with her granddaughters, Sha-Lynn, and Kylee, and great-grandson, Waylon.
She was a proud Homemaker, and nanny to many children.
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband of 63 years, Dennis; and siblings, Jane, Dave, and Rick.
Fay is survived by her children, Dennis Trafton Jr. and Sue Michaud, of Lagrange; daughter, Teresa Trafton and Crystal Niles, of Alton, son, Corey Trafton and wife, Ronda, of Lagrange; granddaughters, Sha-Lynn Lawson and husband, Andrew, of Charleston, Kylee Trafton and Dustin Smelley, of Lagrange; great-grandson, Waylon Lawson; long-time friends, Janie Brackett, and Sheila Turner; special sisters-in-law, Darleene Bickford and Jeanette Arnold.
