Edward "Ed" Pickford, 77, passed away unexpectedly, October 17, 2026. He was born in Queens, N.Y., January 27,1949 the son of Richard S. and Mary J. (Gaffney) Pickford.

After graduation from high school, Ed joined the U.S. Army and served for four years. He was employed with Hobart Corporation for many years. In his retirement he went to work for Brookings-Smith at their Pine Grove Crematorium.

Ed was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting and fishing with his beloved wife, Pam.

Surviving are is wife, Pam; four sisters, Joan Riley, Kathleen Ruiz, Susan Pickford and Eileen Pickford; many nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Bethany D'Salva.

He was predeceased by four brothers and three sisters.

Services will be private.
