Dorothy Mcleod

Brewer - Dorothy (Arbo/Small) McLeod, 85, passed away, February 14, 2019 at Westgate Center for Rehabilitation & Alzheimer’s Care. She was born in Bangor, May 6, 1933, the daughter of Warren and Annie (Brawn) Arbo.

Dorothy was employed at Viner shoe for many years. She was a member of First Baptist Church and the Sunshine Club for Children.

Dottie is survived by her husband, George McLeod of Brewer; two children, Dale Small and his wife, Leslie, of Brewer, Deborah Coffin of TX; stepson, Jeff McLeod and his wife, Patty, of Levant; step daughter, Davia Knowlton of Bangor; five grandchildren, Christy McElyea, Rachel McLeod, Benjamin McLeod, Jonathan McLeod, and Samuel McLeod; one great-grandson, Daniel McLeod; nieces and nephews; and a sister-in-law, Harriet Arbo.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, Gregory Small and two siblings.

The family would like to express appreciation for the loving care Dottie received at Westgate.
