Dorothy Ham

On July 19th, 2025, Dorothy Ham, 89, peacefully returned home to be with the Lord and those who've gone before her.

Born Dorothy Hazel Bradbury in 1936 in Etna, Maine to George and Lillian (Perkins) Bradbury. She was a caregiver both in her professional and personal life. She was a devoted Christian who loved to sing hymns. A certifiable cat lady, she also enjoyed crocheting, reading, and playing cards. She was candid and outgoing, the type of person who never met a stranger and would share a story with anyone that would listen.

She was preceded in death by her two sons, Bobby and Philip Kennard.

She is survived by daughter, Cindy Powers of North Carolina; son, Scott Kennard of Maine, both whom she treasured immensely and was in much contact with; grandchildren, Stephanie Kennard, Justin Powers, and Josh Kennard; three sisters, Laura, Mary and Ginny; special friends, Della Fahey and Mitzi Rodgers, who were so kind to and took extra good care of her.
