Deborah Joyce Welch

Deborah Joyce Welch, "Deb" to all who knew her, went to her eternal home on April 7, 2026. She was the much-loved daughter of Earl and Janet Welch. Deb enjoyed playing school, listening to country music, and being around people. When she was younger, she enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics. If you were ever introduced to Deb, she knew you and you usually got a compliment from her. That was Deb's way, she will be greatly missed.

Deb was predeceased by her parents and two brothers, Jeff and Frank Welch. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Jennifer Welch; nephew, Kyle Welch and wife, Samantha, and their sons, Brody Dowling and Grayson Welch of Dixmont and Mason Dowling of Brewer; as well as many cousins and friends.
