BRADFORD - Chester R. Michaud, 95, died unexpectedly June 2, 2026, in Bradford. He was born November 25, 1930, in Old Town, the son of Edmund and Marguerite (Theriault) Michaud.
Chester was raised in Old Town and Greenbush. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Following his military service, he worked as an executive at Viner Brothers Shoe Company for 43 years. He was a devoted member of the Knights of Columbus and faithfully attended Holy Family Parish for many years.

One of Chester's greatest passions for many years was assisting with Monday night Bingo at the Old Town Knights of Columbus Hall. He especially enjoyed socializing with the bingo players and his fellow Knights. He enjoyed playing cards and Dominoes with friends and family and attending the tractor pulls yearly to cheer on his Canadian friends. He also enjoyed going out several times a week to local restaurants for breakfast with family. He took great pride in working in and maintaining his yard.
