Veazie–Amelia Ellen Morris, 70, died September 16, 2014 from a long battle with Cancer at her home in Veazie. She was born December 19th, 1943 in Bangor, the daughter of Elmer and Frances (Brooks) Pinkham.
Amelia graduated from Sumner High school, Class of 1962 and married David Morris of Columbia Falls, settling in Ellsworth.
Amelia is survived by her 3 children, Michael of Hampden; Rory of Phoenix, AZ; and Kelly Ellis of Gallatin, TN; 4 grandchildren, Gary and Benjamin Morris, Brian and Sarah Ellis.;1 great-grandson Oliver Morris. She is also survived by her sisters Nancy Burgess, Ann Briggs and a brother, Elmer “Buddy” Pinkham.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a celebration of Amelia’s life at the Steuben Fire Department Saturday September 20, 2014 at 2PM.
