ELAINE SCHOFIELD RANDALL
BRADFORD – Elaine Schofield Randall, 82, our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend, went home to be with her lord June 28, 2017.

Elaine was born on December 31, 1934, in Avon, MA, the daughter of Walter and Josephine (Kelleher) Schofield. She grew up in Avon and Easton, MA, graduating in 1952. Elaine was employed as a telephone operator for New England Tel & Tel. She married her husband, Francis Randall, in 1955 and moved to Bradford with their family in 1970.

She was an active member of the Bradford Baptist Church. Her favorite Bible verse being, I John 4:19 – We love him, because he first loved us.

Elaine was employed as a secretary at the Bradford Elementary School for 26 years and retired.
She loved her family, home, and spent many hours in her vegetable and flower gardens. She also enjoyed long walks and the company of many friends.

Elaine was predeceased by her husband, Frank of 62 years; and daughter in law, Melanie. She is survived by three sons, James and wife Lisa of Pittsburgh, PA, Jeffery and wife Rebekah of Bradford, ME, and Kenneth of Brockton, MA; seven grandchildren, Nathan and wife Joni of Winsted, CT, Jaime of Newington, CT, Nicholas and wife Ashleigh of Bath, ME, Alan of Bangor, ME, Karly and Drew of Brockton, MA, and Joe of Bradford, ME; five great-grandchildren, William, Addyson, Kadence, Alayna, and Derrick; and family friends, Denise and Breanna; two sisters, Alice Blood from Sandwich, MA, Marilyn Rohdin of Sangerville, ME; one brother, Russell Schofield of Waldoboro, ME, and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Bradford Baptist Church, 461 Main Rd, Bradford. Those who wish to remember Elaine in a special way may make gifts in her memory to the Bradford Baptist Church, 461 Main Rd, Bradford, ME 04410.
