HERMON & STETSON – Eddie Elroy Overlock, 75, died peacefully November 4, 2018, at a Bangor hospital, surrounded by family. He was born March, 23, 1943, in Bangor, the son of Gardner E. and Edith E. (Phillips) Overlock.

Eddie was a retired wood cutter who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Kathy Overlock. He is survived by his wife, Brenda (Dunbar) Overlock; children, Eddie E. Overlock and wife, Lisa, Annette M. Dority and husband, Brent, and Lewis E. Overlock; grandchildren, Brent, Devin, Ryan, and Brittanie; a great-grandchild, Bryce; and many family members.

A graveside service will be held 1p.m., Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at Snow’s Corner Cemetery, Fuller Road, Hermon. Relatives and friends are invited to share conversation and refreshments at the Family Reception Center of Brookings-Smith, 163 Center Street, Bangor, immediately following the service, Wednesday.
