Condolence: I had the pleasure of meeting Mike for the first time two years ago at my daughter's wedding, and we had a great time talking about his work, travels, and family. He was very good to my son, and was a perfect gentleman, and I've asked about him ever since. It was a shock to hear of his passing, and you can be sure he will remain in my thoughts.
