Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of James Stanley can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Martha Hernandez
Condolence: This was tough to see, my deepest condolences to his family and friends. Here's a poem he sent his son many years ago. I still have it on my office wall. Reynolds, you haven't appeared in my dreams for a while and now I know why, you are in the glory spending quality time with both your parents. Reynolds, I miss you dearly! Oh, the comfort, the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person having neither to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them out just as they are, chaff and grain together; certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them, kee what is worth keeping, and with a breath of kindness blow the rest away. -Kex Cole

Condolence: Jim Stanley possessed a positive and vibrant view of life perhaps best captured in his short poem "Life."

Life itself can't give you joy,
Unless you really will it;
Life just gives you time and space,
It's up to you to fill it.

Rest in Peace, Jim!
