Mary (Tracey) Grindle, 73, passed away June 26, 2016 at a Bangor hospital. She was born in Sanford May 31, 1943 daughter of Raymond A. and Sylvia M. (Stuart) Tracey.
She was employed for 20 years at Eastern Mane Community College, retiring in 2004. Mary will be remembered as a lover of plants and animals.
Surviving are her husband, Ernest Grindle of Corinth; four children, Lynn Umble of Alton, Sue Antworth of Hermon, Gerald “Jerry” Hayman of Veazie, Belinda Moreshead of Baring Plantation; two step-children, Rose St. Peter of Bradley and John Grindle of Orono, several nieces and nephews; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren
She was predeceased by her parents and a brother, Stewart Tracey and a sister, Anne Tracey.
Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday July 1, 2016 at Corinthian Cemetery, Exeter Rd. Corinth.
